BIO

Bacteria have an exquisite ability to adapt to stressful conditions. We study how this stress tolerance allows bacteria to resist treatment in the form of antibiotics, but also how we can exploit the resilience of some bacteria in biotechnological applications towards sustainable alternatives for cement-based materials.
