Dr.Nora Denner

I hold a PhD in communication science from Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz (2024) and currently work as a researcher at the Department of Communication at JGU Mainz. My research focuses on personalization in media content, the effects of personalized communication, crisis communication, informal communication in organizations, and mis- and disinformation in strategic communication. In teaching, I cover the theory, empirical methods, and practice of strategic communication and public relations, with a particular focus on media relations, crisis communication, and public affairs. My background includes a Master’s degree from LMU Munich (2016) and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Erfurt (2013).
